Well folks, that's another week gone and everyday all my targets in my immediate life are closer.

On friday I went to our pub to see part of the staff and have a nice chat with a few drinks.

Saturday morning I decided to do something productive and I bought a deskop and a wardrove for my room, I cleaned the room and I distribuited different, there's even more spaces...jejejejje. Saturday gone with no more excitement...well in the cleaning process I found some english books and I start to read the da vinci code...it's interesting and exciting.

That's everything, it's sunday...a shy day in terms of sun...it looks like the sun want to appear..but it's not clear...we will see.

by the way my fingers smell garlic from my lunch...jejejejeje.

Anyway, what I wanted to say from the first moment was that i'm getting ready to deal with my objectives in short term. I'll let you know how the things are going on...

Impotent day!

Last night one cash machine retained my credit card without a reason. I had a discussion with two girls throught the phone to try to solve my situation, it was useless.

I felt so really impotent in front of that situation and I ask for responsibilities but they told me...the parties involved are Royal Bank of Scotland as a owner of the cashmachine, Bank of Scotland as my bank....and myself as the victim...Well, they told me this kind of situations happen. Fair enough...but WHO WILL BE THE RESPONSIBLE OF THAT TROUBLE!!!!...they answer to me the same...sometimes happen. For one moment I thought they will tell me MAN, SHIT HAPPENS!!!.

Well, anyway...when I woke up this morning I had a terrible pain on my left knee, I didn't know what it was...I can guess it's because of the physical effort of this days playing on the gardens....and of course: THE BANK STRUCTURE RESPONSIBILITY.

If anybody of you want to know the end of the story...It's like always in real life, sharks win and I lost.... I lost time, credit on my phone, ... and obviously....I lost my credit card and I have to wait for a new card one week. It's ok for me cause I have some cash...but think about that situation.

Update 28.04.06

All my problems are solved. In three days the Bank of Scotland sent me my NEW credit card to my home and I'm again a person. It's funny how much people can do when they work under pressure, I went to complain to one of the Bank offices and in just only three days they sent me my new card.

I would like to thank you (if there's a remote possibility they read this) to the staff from Bank of Scotland offices behind the Scottish Parliament. Cheers.

Rugby season: The Six Nations.

Forget about Soccer, football or whatever...Now is showtime, it's the six nations...Again!

I sent a mail a year ago where I explain how big is the rugby in this country, well, so here we are again. Weekends full of colours, passions, laughs, beers (of course)...but the best of all is the friendship between all the six nations. Sunday Scotland played in Edinburgh against France. I was working and I showed in the big screens the game, people screaming, shouting, living the rugby like if they were playing...To be honest, I couldn't watch the game properly because the screen is behind me whilst am working but the athmosphere was great...and even better, scoltand won....yes!!!! It's hard in this games to listen anybody screaming against the mother or other relatives of any player, even the referee...the people here support their teams, doesn't matter if they loose or win...they support, they are fans.

When I finished work I walked home all along princess street (like the ramblas for barcelona). The Street was full of fans of both teams singing, showing their flags, dancing...together!!! That's the SPORT all about!!!!!

It's hard to see how in spain the people are more worried on how the other teams are doing than looking and supporting your own team. Probably is a cultural matter. You can watch on tv how people are getting famous, telling stories about different people instead of showing how proud are from their lives and their achievements.

I can't wait to watch the world cup...the ambient is great and so cosmopolita.

By the way, i will start french lessons in two weeks.

Je suis le milleur de tout le monde....or maybe no.

Sounds like a song but is part of my life here. Somedays I am so really excited to do what I am doing, another days looks like it is everything the same...monotony. I start college again and I have to study again, after christmas holidays.

I am thinking to do a movement soon in some direction, maybe change of work, finish my studies, start french lessons, play again the guitar...we will see.

You will be the first to know what's on in my life so...

Nights out in edinburgh.

Well, things are going on well in Edinburgh. Last week I had my Staff night out party, it was awesome, we started the party in our hotel bar, the place where i Work. After the warm up we went to Cargo, a place that has been voted best new furniture ambient restaurant-club in Uk or Scotland...who knows...it's only to let you know that it's a beatiful place. We had a good ambient and a good drinks...you have to be here to know how the parties are.

After this night out I relax myself for two days...but, one of the regulars from the bar invited me to go out...to have a good chat and a few pints, it was a good night aswell. Good live piano music, good ambient...

It's being such a nice moment of my life here, I enjoy being here...but, like the "almendro" i'm coming back for christmas.

New year party...

From now I will try to put some of my post in english.

My english viewers are upset cause they can't understand anything and that can be a good solution for them.

Well, to be honest with everybody...Aline can understand anything in spanish...well, it's not totally true, she knows how to say "hasta luego lucas" and other silly sentences from "chiquito". Anyway, It could be good for my english to write something here...and don't be so hard if i do some mistakes.
